The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the yearly meeting of all society members where the committee presents audited accounts, the budget, and important decisions are taken. Notice is generally required to be given in advance as per the applicable bye-laws. Members can raise queries, approve accounts, and elect the managing committee.
